for a 30 day free trial. upon
completion of the 30 days you
will be charged $12.95 per-month
for the one (1) year minimum
period. Upon completion of the
one year period you will you
will be able to cancel anytime
thereafter.

WebBuilder.com reserves the right to accept
or refuse any submissions,
end-users and/or
advertisers.
3.
Expiration: Upon cancellation or
failure to abide by the terms
and conditions herein
WebBuilder.com reserves the right to
terminate and delete any and all
files related the end-users
website account. Upon
cancellation or termination
WebBuilder.com
is not responsible for saving
files, images or content of any
kind related to the End-Users
website.
5.
Objective: The objective of this program is
to help businesses develop an
Internet presence while
directing potential customers
from our various WEB BUILDER directories. In order to
maintain the integrity of our
directories the free website
program is limited "Businesses
Only" subject to verification by
WebBuilder.com. This free service is not
for resale. Non-commercial
applicants do not qualify.
YOU MUST BE A VERIFIABLE

Active Status:
All websites who decide to
remain in active status will be linked to
the www.OnlineYellowPages.com directories by
the End-User and WebBuilder.com. Additionally,
WebBuilder.com reserves authoring rights to
have a banner on the "footer
portion" of each page. The
banner cannot be removed or
modified in anyway whatsoever.
WebBuilder.com reserves all rights to
modify the footer/banner anytime
without notice.
7.
The 30 trial website program applies only
to those websites from our online
"do-it-yourself" web creation
software
see WeB
builder features. Customized websites,
programming, imaging and
scripting will be estimated on
an individual basis.

discontinuation of service by
